Mental health issues continue to carry stigma in our society, my goal is to help normalize mental health care for those seeking treatment. Postpartum Depression (PPD) is the most common disorder that women face during and after pregnancy. Yet, so few get treated because of the stigma and shame they feel. “There is No Health Without Mental Health Anthology”: Mommy’s & Mental Health Postpartum Blues" shares the personal stories of women, including myself and our journey with PPD and healing. Please help us spread the word to normalize mental health care, diagnosis and treatment. Buy a copy for a new mom or someone you care about and please call to schedule an appointment for support.
