Erica is a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). With a profound understanding of trauma and its impact on mental health, she brings a unique blend of empathy, expertise, and evidence-based techniques to her practice.  She believes in the power of EMDR to unlock the innate capacity for healing within each individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, or the affects of  traumatic experiences.

Erica has served in multiple roles in the mental health field spanning from working within schools as Behavioral Interventionist by assisting and implementing healthy behavioral management techniques. Erica has functioned as a group therapist in an outpatient hospital, utilizing CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) to help clients address and manage anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. Erica has filled the role as Assessment Supervisor to assess and determine appropriate level of care for incoming clients. She uses a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness.
