All About Jaylin Schraner, LMSW

Jaylin Schraner

I'm deeply committed to upholding the principles of individual worth. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), I bring a unique blend of
professional knowledge and personal dedication to my practice.

In my journey within clinical practice, I've had extensive experience working with young adults and adults facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and substance use disorders. Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Compassion Focused Therapy Techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Techniques, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Techniques, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Techniques, Mindfulness and Stress Reduction Techniques, and Positive Psychology, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

I have worked extensively with individuals and groups at high acuity levels, providing support and guidance through challenging circumstances. My focus has always been on fostering empathy and understanding, recognizing that therapy requires a holistic approach to promote recovery not only of the mind but also of the nervous system. At CBP, I am excited to continue my mission of leading individuals toward self-compassion and well-being. I am dedicated to ensuring that every person's individual worth is respected and nurtured, fostering holistic recovery and growth for all my clients.

Working under supervision with Amy Dell Carr, LCSW, it offers several benefits to my clients. Being young and motivated, I am open to trying different styles of interventions, continually seeking innovative approaches to better support my clients' needs while offering a more affordable option when seeking therapy. Additionally, collaboration with an experienced clinician provides me with valuable guidance and mentorship, ensuring that my interventions are grounded in evidence-based practices and tailored to each individual's circumstances.
