I am a licensed professional counselor who is passionate about helping individuals regain control in their life. I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. My specialty areas are depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and grief and loss. I understand often times these mental health struggles can be a result of simple or complex life transitions, general change, and even a medical issue or diagnosis. I create a space where people feel comfortable with speaking freely. I believe a safe place and sense of comfort is the first step to one's management of internal angst, anger, frustration and overall healing.
Sometimes all we need is someone who will listen and help us process what is going on around us. With my approach each session leads to another discovery and perhaps a solution for the moment until we are able to resolve the overall issue at hand. I'm here to help and I look forward to meeting you!
