Supervised by Penny Height, LPC-S

Katrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who works with teens, young professionals, adults and women navigating perfectionism, self-doubt, and big life transitions. She has a special interest in supporting individuals with ADHD, especially those diagnosed later in life, as well as clients who are feeling overwhelmed by pressure to "get it right" in school, career, or relationships.

With a style that is warm, collaborative, and direct, Katrina creates a space where clients feel safe to show up as they are. Her clients often share that they feel seen and understood in her presence, something she sees as the foundation for real healing and growth. She’s passionate about helping clients learn to accept themselves, untangle unrealistic expectations, and start building lives rooted in clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Katrina holds a Master of Education in Counseling from the University of North Texas and brings nearly two decades of experience in education. She worked as a high school counselor for six years and spent three years as a college and career advisor, supporting students and families with academic planning, goal setting, and transitions into adulthood. This background continues to inform her counseling work, especially with teens and young adults who are unsure about their next steps.

She is especially energized by moments when clients realize they are not broken—they’re simply learning how to care for themselves in new ways. Katrina believes therapy isn’t about fixing people, but about helping them feel whole, heard, and capable of moving forward.
