Rebecca Brandt is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a heart for guiding individuals, couples, and families toward emotional healing and transformation. She is deeply passionate about creating space for people to feel fully seen, heard, and loved, and she finds great joy in helping clients move through their pain toward freedom and wholeness.
Rebecca’s journey into counseling was shaped by her early work mentoring children in underserved communities, which sparked a desire to support others on a deeper level. After gaining experience in both corporate and nonprofit environments, she pursued a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, driven by her call to walk alongside others in their healing journeys.
Her clinical experience includes working with a wide range of clients—from teenagers to older adults—through her internship at SoulCare and her role as an Individual and Family Therapist at Clearfork residential treatment center. There, she specialized in helping adolescents and their families navigate trauma, substance use, self-harm, and mental health challenges, and attachment issues.
Rebecca integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s unique needs. These include person centered Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman Method for couples, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, the Immanuel Approach, and Restoration Therapy. She is especially passionate about helping clients uncover core wounds and understand the coping patterns they’ve developed, fostering lasting change from the inside out.
With a rich background in business, marriage, and parenting, including raising college-age children, two of whom live with dyslexia, Rebecca brings a grounded, compassionate presence to her work. Whether she’s working with individuals, couples, or families, her goal remains the same: to foster healing, growth, and lasting connection.
